I like to stay healthy and happy while traveling. I like to see new thing, meet new people. Of course food is one of the most interesting for me. I like eating new and traditional food at where i go. 1. Stay hydrated

You’ve just got to stay hydrated. And you should keep your body stay hydrated. You should drink a lot of water. Your health could be quickly turn for the worse on the road when it’s all sun, high humidity and sweat a lot but don’t drink enough water! Bring a lot of water with you when you go out for walk. Carry a reusable bottle with you. Just make sure you get that H2O!

2. Routine

Traveling ie interesting for most of people nowaday. But it also can mess up our daily routine if you traveling often. You should make sure to do a little planning ahead of time and practice a little everyday then you have a solid routine for daily living. Keeping up with some part of your routine will help set up your body and mind, keeping yourself relatively less stress and available ready for adventure on the trips! If you eat healthy every day and also want to get good food while you are traveling but still stay fit then good way is practice your eating habit everyday and keep it even while you are traveling.

3. Drink responsibly

I love to have party with local people at place visit. And I think backpackers also love a good party. Usually hostel bars are at the centre of tourist area – some of the most epic nights out. Of course it is fun to have some drink and chat with local people. That is how you make new friend. But just be aware with what and how much you drink. Let your liver breathe a little, and make sure you don’t drink until you lose you mind and every thing out of control that you don’t even remember your trip! Good way to stay fit and healthy while traveling is party less and drink responsibly.

4. Pace yourself

Don’t overwhelm yourself and don’t stress all your trip. Chill out a little and enjoy all new things on the trip. Give yourself some time to do some crazy things but always put it under control. Give some time each day for spontaneous adventures, it will be very interesting . Don’t try and see every little thing and do every single activity. You’ll get burned out, and your spirit will be burdened. You will feel tired then no more energy for big activity.

5. Workout while traveling

Don’t stop exercise while you are traveling. Of course many of your adventures will be strenuous. But if you’re not trekking then you could use your foot to walk when you visit many places it cities instate call for a taxi or some public transportation. Use your foot as much as you can. Just make sure you build a little time into your day to break a sweat. That will help you stay fit and healthy while traveling.

6. Learn to love yourself

You are the one know best what is good for yourself. Keeping your spirit healthy is learning to love yourself. Of course this doesn’t only happen while traveling, but there’s something about the open road and adventure that lends itself to soul edifying and self-discovery. Along your trip you’ll have opportunities to find out and develop a healthy love of who you are as a person. Take those chances like your health depends on them, because they partly do. 7. Open your mind and heart

Another thing makes traveling so incredible is its ability to open our minds and hearts. Learning about other cultures and experiencing them first hand destroys prejudices and brings peace to the mind. Part of being healthy means developing an ever deepening healthy view of the world. Always keep your mind in peace, stay out of stress to enjoy more things.
